Venues are requested to advise us if there are any changes to their product range, however the venues are free to make changes to their product range including price, quality and quantity. These matters are outside the control of Beachside Collective and we accept no responsibility to any changes made by these external websites.
You indemnify Beachside Collective against each claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability incurred or suffered by, or brought, made or recovered against us in connection with any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
Any legal issues arising in relation to the use of this website will be dealt with under the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Illegal activity under those laws will be a violation of these terms, but as the website is accessible worldwide you should be aware that you could be prosecuted under the law of those jurisdictions.

Beachside Collective has a privacy policy that explains how we will treat your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988. You supply “personal information” to us when you fill in an online registration form, subscribe to our email newsletters, submit postings or comments, or email us.
We will never give your personal information to any individual or company for commercial purposes.
You must ensure that your personal information in the Marketplace is not false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent.

By joining Beachside Collective, our members give us the right to use any image on their website in an effort to highlight specific products and direct users back to their website. It is the responsibility of each boutique to ensure that they have the right to use and publish all images on their website. Beachside Collective will not be responsible for any copyright or trademark issues of images supplied to us from venues.

Misconduct
If you act in any way which contradicts these terms and conditions, Beachside Collective has the right to terminate your membership without warning and may refuse any and all current or future use of the website.

 

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VENDORS 

Liability

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information on the Beachside Collective website, including price, product description, availability of items, shipping costs, returns policy (abridged version), and the lead time. Vendors are required to notify Beachside Collective of any price updates, sales, promotions, stock updates as well new product launches.

Beachside Collective receives an agreed commission from the sale of all products in the marketplace (excluding shipping costs). The remaining funds, including shipping, will be deposited directly into the vendors PayPal account via an automated system. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure that their contact details and payment information is kept up to date, in order to facilitate this process.

Businesses are requested to advise us if there are any changes to their product range, however,  Businesses are free to make changes to their product range including price, quality and quantity.  These matters are outside the control of Beachside Collective and we accept no responsibility to any changes made by these external websites.

Shipping

Vendors agree to ship sold items  once a payment transaction is complete and reflected in their PayPal account. Beachside Collective will inform vendors of each transaction via email.

Vendors are required to specify shipping in ‘product descriptions’. Vendors can amend shipping costs over time.

Vendors are responsible for shipping their sold items to customers and are ultimately responsible for ensuring customers receive their items. In the unlikely event, an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof shipping.

Vendors agree to comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations.

Returns

Vendors manage all returns, refunds, exchanges directly with the customer. In the case of a refund, it is the vendors responsibility to notify Beachside Collective who will then reimburse the agreed commission, less the PayPal fees. Vendors agree to resolve any disputes directly with a buyer.

Vendors are required to disclose an abridged version of their returns policy in each ‘product description’.

Termination

Vendors can cease their partnership with Beachside Collective at any time, granting four weeks’ notice via email.
